Before your appointment

• If you are sick or have a fever, please call and reschedule as soon as possible.

During your appointment

• If you choose to wear a mask during your appointment, everyone else in the salon will do so upon request.

• Be mindful of other clients in the salon who choose to wear a mask.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel or reschedule same day, you will be subject to paying 30% of the total as a non refundable cancellation fee.

• If you have to cancel or reschedule same day and you paid online, your account will be credited the amount for a future appointment.

• If you reschedule an appointment more than 3 times, you may be asked to put down a non refundable deposit.
